ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ ΣΕ EKTAKTH ΕΚΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΜΕΛΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΑΓΡΟΤΙΚΟΥ ΣΥΝΕΤΑΙΡΙΣΜΟΥ ΜΕΣΟΛΟΓΓΙΟΥ-ΝΑΥΠΑΚΤΙΑΣ ”Η ΕΝΩΣΗ”
Με την υπ’ αριθ.1/16-3-2026 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Αγροτικού Συνεταιρισμού Μεσολογγίου-Ναυπακτίας << Η ΕΝΩΣΗ >>, καλούνται τα μέλη του Συνεταιρισμού σε Έκτακτη Εκλογική Γενική Συνέλευση που θα γίνει, στις 19 Απριλίου 2026 ημέρα Κυριακή και ώρα 10:30 π.μ. στα Κεντρικά Γραφεία του Συνεταιρισμού στο Μεσολόγγι (Ναυπάκτου 35), με θέματα ημερήσιας διάταξης:
ΘΕΜΑ1ον:Την εκλογή τακτικών (5 τον αριθμό) και αναπληρωματικών μελών του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.
ΘΕΜΑ2ον:Την εκλογή τακτικών (3 τον αριθμό) και αναπληρωματικών μελών του Εποπτικού Συμβουλίου.
Σε περίπτωση μη απαρτίας η Έκτακτη Εκλογική Γενική Συνέλευση θα επαναληφθεί, χωρίς νέα πρόσκληση, στις 26 Απριλίου 2026, ημέρα Κυριακή, στο ίδιο μέρος, την ίδια ώρα και με τα ίδια ως άνω θέματα ημερήσιας διάταξης.
Οι υποψηφιότητες θα κατατεθούν στο Πρωτόκολλο του Αγροτικού Συνεταιρισμού μέχρι 16 Απριλίου ημέρα Πέμπτη και ώρα 13:00.
